Dispatching your order
We will do our best to have your order processed & dispatched the same day, however that is not always possible and is dependent on the time of day that your order is placed and available courier pickup/dispatch times (We use a variety of courier companies to achieve timely deliveries, Aramex, Courier post, Daily Freight and NZ Couriers for smaller items to Business only when requested) . Occasionally we may not be able to complete your order, in this case we will contact you to discuss before any charges are made to your credit card. - large panel orders might take a few days to sort and pack
Freight charges are calculated based on the combined volumetric weight (a combination of product shipping size & weight) of the products, if the charge doesn't look right then please contact us and we can double check it for you. On large panel items there may also be a charge for a shipping carton, as we ship all over NZ and Australia larger orders might not be able to proceed as we need to get a more accurate price.
Please select the rural option during checkout, (rural is normally an extra $5.50 per ticket), Saturday delivery is only available on some freight options (talk to us first)
Overseas freight is charged individually as required, dependent on desired delivery time, etc so please discuss with us, Our site wont let larger orders process to Australian destinations as it cant work out the correct freight, we can send on fedex but this is an extra cost, some freight charges to Australia on the web are not correct so we might need to adjust that in some cases
We only sell and ship parts to New Zealand and Australian destinations, all quoted freight is via NZ post and this can be delayed with covid levels changing in both countries as flights vary.
